Tim is the owner of Tim’s Complete Landscape Management. He was born in Michigan but has lived in Western Washington most of his life.

His career got an early start when he was in middle school and got a job mowing his elementary school teacher’s lawn. The teacher loved Tim’s work and asked him to come back on a weekly basis. After some time, she started to refer Tim to others because of his quality work and hard work ethic. Tim continued doing this while a student at Rainier Christian High School in Auburn and throughout college summers to further his clientele.

After Tim obtained a business degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2010, he started Tim’s Complete Landscape Management with his former clients and his business has continued to expand and grow ever since.  Tim’s goal of the business is to continue to grow Tim’s Complete Landscape Management to provide services to our local community and increase the job and growth opportunities for employees.

Tim is married to Kristin and they have 2 children, Aubrey & Henry.  Tim loves to spend his free time hiking, playing sports, and going on adventures with his family.

David Peterson was born and raised in Michigan until 2009 when he moved to the Pacific Northwest. His love for sports and the game of golf led him to study Turf-Grass Management at Walla Walla Community College. His career started in the golf industry, but his combined love for the outdoors, people and landscaping made moving over to Tim’s Complete Landscaping a great fit. He spends his free time with his wife Shelby and 2 children Olivia and Jameson. 

A Washington native, Amanda was born on Whidbey Island and grew up in Auburn. In 2000 she graduated from Auburn Riverside High School and continued on to Green River Community College where she earned her Bachelor of the Arts degree.

She is married with 2 boys and 3 poodles and lives in the Covington area. Between school events and sports with her boys, she enjoys doing anything creative like drawing, crochet, painting, sculpting…pretty much any and all things artsy.

She got into the landscape industry because she loves being outdoors in nature.

Trent Allen was born in Renton, Washington and has lived in the King County area his entire life. Trent has been working in the green industry since he was 14, as he grew up working in his grandfather’s yard. He graduated from Washington State University with his bachelor’s degree in turfgrass science, and subsequently spent 17 years working with golf courses. Trent’s experience and love for the outdoors means he’s a perfect fit as an account manager with Tim’s Complete.  Trent enjoys spending time at home with his wife and walking his dog in his free time.

Brent Ware was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Tucson, AZ. He graduated from Tucson High in 1997.  After taking a few years off to enjoy life, he graduated from the UofA in 2006 with a Bachelors in Business.  Brent worked many office jobs but fell in love with the outdoors which led him to work in the golf industry.  Brent moved to the great PNW in 2014 where he worked at Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Course for 2 years before moving to the Covington area and coming to work at Tim’s Complete in 2016.  He started at Tim’s as a Maintenance Crew Lead and worked up to now being Maintenance Field Manager in 2019.  He loves to be with family, go on hikes, ride Harleys and watch movies.  Brent has a beautiful wife Brandy, 4 awesome daughters Ashlyn, Hailey, Chloe, Brooklyn and a fat cat that loves to eat.

Mario Harris was born in Washington and grew up in the city of Auburn. He graduated from Bonney Lake High School in 2008 and continued his education at Green River Community College. He has been employed at Tim’s Complete since 2015.  He started as a crew member and steadily moved up over the years earning the project manager role in 2020. In between taking care of his four children and working, Mario loves to make music and hopes one day to pursue his dream of being a music producer.
